Cammy's Island is the more personal website of me, mariteaux. While that site houses my game modding, music, writing, writing about music, and animal people artwork, this site is for my fuzzy memories, daily adventures (both in the Aboveground section), and obscure fascinations (in the Underground section) instead.

Who is mariteaux?

mariteaux is Cameron, a Pennsylvania sperg fixated on weird, broken, vintage things. He's been dating a girl from Wales named Caby for six years now, and they've visited three times now. He's always excited for the next time. <3

In his spare time, he can be found watching Oddity Archive, playing Guitar Hero or other PS2 games (often for RetroAchievements), and listening to various fuzzy, dreamy, noisy 90s alt-rock albums.

Technical details/Privacy policy

cammy.somnol is built using HTML 4.01 Strict and AutoSite. It should work perfectly on IE5 and up. Netscape Communicator has issues because it's a crappy browser. Obviously, anything actually semi-recent will work great with it. I recommend a screen size of at least 800x600. 1024x768 is comfy.

cammy.somnol occasionally uses JavaScript and cookies if I see something funny or interesting to make with them. The site works perfectly fine without them (though Elsewhere will not save your progress without both enabled).
